Should we raise the retirement age?
The retirement age needs to be extended and equalized. But this should be done gradually, so that every year women retire three months later , and men two months later.
Thus, the age of people retiring, regardless of gender, will be the same – 65 years. At the same time, we will achieve European standards that are economically within the power of our country.
In addition, due to the fact that men retire five years later, there is a gender inequality in Ukraine that is not in favor of men.
