Is it possible to change the Policyholder in the life insurance contract?

The Policyholder may be changed during the term of the Contract with the consent of the Insurer on the terms and conditions stipulated by the Rules of Insurance.

At the same time, the rights and obligations of the Policyholder may be transferred to the Insured person, or to another natural or legal person.

In the event of the death of the Insured , who concluded the Life Insurance Contract in favor of third parties, his rights and obligations may be transferred both to these persons and to persons who, in accordance with the current legislation, are responsible for protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Insured Person.
