Will the Beneficiary receive a payment in the event of the murder of the Insured?

By law, the Beneficiary or heirs may receive an insurance payment in the event of the murder of the Insured Person.

Unless the insurance company has at its disposal facts that confirm that the murder was committed in order to receive payment under the insurance policy or as a result of the illegal actions of the Insured.

Also, the murder of the Insured person during the first year of insurance is not considered an insured event.
