What are the exceptions to insured events?
An insured event does not include death or consequences of an accident or illness that occurred to the Insured Person, if they occurred as a result of:
– suicide or the consequences of attempted suicide within three years from the date of conclusion of the Insurance Contract;
— commission by the Insured person of guilty illegal actions, in which the competent authorities established an offense;
— murders of the Insured person during the first year of the Contract;
– active participation of the Insured Person in war, civil war, hostilities, actions similar to military, public unrest, conspiracy, revolution, uprising, military coup or seizure of state power;
– drinking alcohol, any of its substitutes, narcotic or toxic substances; taking medications or undertaking any treatment without being prescribed by a properly qualified physician.
