In what cases can the insurer refuse to pay insurance compensation?


The insurance payment is not made if:

— the event that occurred is not an insured event according to the Life Insurance Rules;- the policyholder caused the occurrence of the insured event by intentional actions;— the policyholder provided knowingly false information about the object of insurance or the fact of the occurrence of an insured event;- the insured event occurred as a result of an intentional crime committed by the insured;– the client failed to notify the company about the occurrence of an insured event without good reason;— in other cases stipulated by the Rules of life insurance.

The insurer must prove a causal relationship between the listed events and the incident that happened to the insured person.

In addition to these cases, there are exceptions to insurance cases. Those. circumstances that are not recognized by the insurer as one or another insured event.
